Leyton Orient appoint Carl Fletcher as new head coach

Leyton Orient have appointed Carl Fletcher as their new head coach until the conclusion of the 2020/21 season on a deal.
Ross Embleton was of the Os after the tragic death of manager Justin Edinburgh in the summer, though resigned from the character in 31, in cost.
Fletcher stems from Premier League club Bournemouth in which he had been the loan supervisor.
The handled Plymouth Argyle between 2011 and 2013, guiding the team to date League Two safety in his senior role.
Fletcher rejoined Bournemouth at 2014, a team where he spent eight years as a participant, to deal with the U18s before taking responsibility for the U23s.
Orient direct of soccer Martin Ling said:The board moved during the interview procedure by Carl and he kept coming out on top. At including his nation he has leadership skills, he obviously had as a captain of many teams he had been. All that we looked for, he ticked each box.
Everybody we spoke to said everything we wanted to listen to. We spoke in Bournemouth to Stephen Purches we had individuals speak to Charlie Daniels and Eddie Howe.
We spoke to a couple of players who played at Plymouth in addition to the folks at board level in Bournemouth and each of them said the exact same thing – they believe he is going to generate a top-class football manager.
While Danny Webb will go back to his function in group development coach, embleton will return to his place of assistant coach and Jobi McAnuff will continue in his role of player/coach.

Orient are currently in 17th place in League 2 with four wins in their opening 13 games. Their next match comes away to Grimsby on Saturday.
