WWE talking points: The weekly winners and losers in the world of sports entertainment

We are less than two weeks from Clash of Champions, live along with a card that is tasty is constructing.
We now know who will struggle for the Universal name and the Raw women’s title, three more titles fell in the race to become King of the gang, and there have been moments on both Raw and SmackDown this week that might have enormous implications come September 15.
Great Week
Bayley
Fans would have indicated that the SmackDown women’s winner as the underdog going into her title defence against Charlotte. Maybe not anymore.
Bayley spectacularly turned in the end of Raw to Becky Lynch, rekindling her friendship with all Sasha inventories in violent style. And’The Boss‘ returned the favour by simply assaulting Charlotte on SmackDown.
In her favour, this Hugger retaining the belt’s likelihood have changed radically with inventories in her corner.
Chad Gable
Gable has returned in style to SmackDown, beating both Andrade and Shelton Benjamin to attain at the SmackDown finals of the King of the Ring tournament.
It is a stunning re-emergence for someone who spent a lengthy spell.
Conquer Elias week and then Gable is heading into Clash of Champions.
NXT UK
Every title on the card in NXT Takeover: Cardiff should be searched to get a great event last weekend.
Fans in the Motorpoint Arena in the Welsh funding were treated to some epic battles as hands, Tyler Bate came within a whisker of toppling NXT UK champion WALTER and Cesaro created a guest appearance.
Given the massive variety of talent on the roster, so it is no surprise that NXT UK’s popularity is growing at a rapid speed. The increase but despite his absence in Takeover, the show was one to savour has been spearheaded by pete Dunne.
It may only serve to strengthen the case for the UK to stage a major event that is pay-per-view.
Braun Strowman
The Dragon could become a champion that is double when it was confirmed he’ll confront his co-tag team champion Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal title.
Strowman has had opportunities to take the red strap falling short to the likes of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar.
Is this the moment he?
Awful Week
Daniel Bryan
Bryan was WWE Champion with all the Erick Rowan. No more holding the belt, he also felt Rowan this week, who turned at the conclusion of SmackDown’s wrath.
The Bearded One is cutting out a very lone figure on the brand.
The question is simply: What’s next?
Ali
Ali suffered what some would believe an unexpected defeat from this SmackDown bracket’s semi-finals to Elias after beating Buddy Murphy at a King of the Ring last week.
It’s a setback for a superstar who was starting to make huge strides. Hopefully this is a blip for the high-flyer.
Becky Lynch
‚The Man‘ was flying high in the WWE lately however the deception of Bayley will cause a concern for its Lasskicker heading right into her title defence against Sasha Banks at Clash of Champions.
One on one, Banks is stiff competition, however today Becky should keep eye on Bayley if the SmackDown women’s champion choose to make her presence known.
